In a medium bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until most of the lumps are gone.
Add the eggs and baking powder and mix until everything is combined.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter or oil. Once the skillet is hot, drop about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom of the pancake is golden brown. Flip the pancakes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
