Ingredients
1 lb scallops
2 cups bread crumbs

Directions

In another shallow dish, place the beaten eggs.

Fry the scallops in the hot oil for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the scallops from the skillet and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
Serve hot.
