Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated with the spices.
