Ingredients
1 (4-5 lb) prime rib roast
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp dried thyme
1 Tbsp smoked paprika

Directions
Preheat your smoker to 250°F with the lid closed.

Place the roast on the smoker grate and cook for 4 hours, or until the internal temperature of the roast reaches 130°F.
Remove the roast from the smoker and wrap it in aluminum foil. Let the roast rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
