Hemingway Daiquiri Cocktail

Ingredients

• 2 ounces white rum
• 1 ounce lime juice
• 1 ounce simple syrup
• 1 ounce ruby red grapefruit juice

Directions

1. In a shaker, combine the white rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and grapefruit juice.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
3. Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve.
