Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, grated
  • 1/4 cup of almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the grated cauliflower, almond flour, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Mix until everything is well-combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping the patties halfway through.
  5. Serve with your favorite condiments/toppings and enjoy.
