Ingredients
1 pork loin, 3-4 pounds
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Spread the cranberry mixture over the pork loin.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
Once done, let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
