Ingredients
2 pounds boneless pork shoulder, cut into 2-inch cubes

Directions
In a slow cooker, combine pork, onion, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, tomatoes, green chilies and tomatillos. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until pork is tender.
Serve with warm tortillas or over rice.
