Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/4 cup of butter
2 tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 cup of Panko bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk until combined.
Stir in heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Simmer until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan and cheddar cheese until melted.
Place cauliflower florets in an 8x8 baking dish and pour cheese sauce over them.
Sprinkle Panko bread crumbs on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
