Ingredients
2 cups jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
4 cups white sugar
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 (6 ounce) package liquid pectin
1 teaspoon butter
Directions
Mix together the jalapeno peppers, sugar, vinegar, and pectin in a large pot.
Bring to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
Stir in the butter. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and ladle into sterilized jars. Seal the jars and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
Remove from water bath and allow to cool. Jelly is ready to eat as soon as it's cool.
