Ingredients
2 tablespoons of butter
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour

Directions

Add the half-and-half and spinach and stir to combine.
Continue to simmer until the soup is hot and thickened, about 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
