Ingredients
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except blueberries. Stir to combine, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the blueberries and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
