Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, hot sauce, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and onion powder.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through.
  6. Once the wings are cooked through, turn the oven to broil and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the skins are crispy.
  7. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
