Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Punch dough down and turn onto a lightly floured surface. Roll dough into a 12x18-inch rectangle.
Sprinkle with nuts and brown sugar. Drizzle with melted butter and honey. Roll up jelly-roll style and pinch edges to seal.
Cut into 12 slices and place in a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
