Ingredients
- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, curry powder, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Toss to coat potatoes evenly.
- Spread potatoes on a large baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Serve hot.
