Ingredients
- 1 lb. steak (such as ribeye or sirloin), thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or provolone)
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Add the steak, onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until the steak is cooked through and the vegetables are softened. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Add the cheese and stir until melted.
- In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and steak mixture.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
