1 lb. steak (such as ribeye or sirloin), thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or provolone)
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add the steak, onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until the steak is cooked through and the vegetables are softened. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Add the cheese and stir until melted.
In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and steak mixture.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour the sauce over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately.
