Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

Directions

Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper and stir in the cilantro.
Serve hot.
