Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Directions

      1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
      2. In a shallow bowl, combine yogurt, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
      3. Dip chicken breasts in the yogurt mixture, coating both sides.
      4. Place chicken in a single layer in a greased baking dish.
      5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
      6. Serve with a side of your favorite vegetables for a complete meal!
