Ingredients
3 over-ripe bananas
1/2 cup of sugar

Directions

Add the flour to the banana mixture and stir until just combined. Do not over mix.
Fold in the chopped walnuts (optional).
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool before slicing and serving.
