Ingredients
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Directions
- Combine garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, chili powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the ribs.
- Place the ribs in a slow cooker and cover with the lid.
- Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
- In a medium bowl, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder and onion powder.
- When the ribs are done cooking, brush the sauce onto both sides of the ribs.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place the ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized.
- Serve with extra sauce.
