Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup low-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, honey, egg, vegetable oil and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet and cook until the top is bubbly and the bottom is golden brown.
  6. Flip the pancake and cook until the other side is golden brown.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter.
