- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Fresh cilantro, chopped

- Tortilla chips, for serving
Directions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through. Drain any excess fat.

- Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the skillet mixture. Cover the skillet with a lid and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and garnish with sliced avocado, chopped fresh cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream.
- Serve the skillet burrito bowl hot with tortilla chips on the side for dipping.
