Ingredients

  • 1 lb of cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Directions

  1. Chop the cooked shrimp into small pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, red onion, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, and salt.
  3. Mix everything together until it is fully combined.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
