Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic salt, pepper, and egg.
  3. Mix well and shape into a loaf.
  4. Place meatloaf into a lightly greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
