Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb. cooked short-cut pasta (such as penne, rotini, or bow-tie)
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and dill.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the dressing to the shrimp-pasta mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for up to 3 days.
