- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2/3 cup key lime juice

- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the crust is golden brown. Set aside and let cool.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, salt, and nutmeg. Pour the mixture into the cooled crust.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until the center of the pie is set. Cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Add the confectioners' sugar and whip until stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream over the cooled pie.
