Directions

Add the wine and bring to a boil. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Whisk in the half-and-half and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, and pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Add the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
