Ingredients
6 eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1/4 cup cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimp, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Directions
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, drain, and cool eggs under cold running water. Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise.
Scoop out yolks and place in a medium bowl. Mash yolks with a fork until smooth.
Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder to the bowl. Mix until ingredients are well combined.
Stir in bacon and shrimp until evenly distributed.
Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg white halves, dividing evenly among them.
Garnish with parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
