Ingredients
- 1 can of Spam, shredded
- 1 head of lettuce, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup of salsa
- 8 taco shells
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Shred the Spam and place it in a medium bowl.
- Add the lettuce, tomato, and cheese to the bowl and mix together.
- Spread the salsa in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Fill the taco shells with the Spam mixture and place in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tacos are heated through.
- Serve with additional salsa, if desired.
