Shredded Spam Tacos

Ingredients

• 1 can of Spam, shredded
• 1 head of lettuce, chopped
• 1 tomato, diced
• 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
• 1/4 cup of salsa
• 8 taco shells

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2. Shred the Spam and place it in a medium bowl.
3. Add the lettuce, tomato, and cheese to the bowl and mix together.
4. Spread the salsa in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
5. Fill the taco shells with the Spam mixture and place in the baking dish.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tacos are heated through.
7. Serve with additional salsa, if desired.
