Ingredients
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, ketchup, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish, and pour the sauce over the top.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Remove from oven and shred chicken with two forks.
Serve on buns or in tacos, with extra sauce on the side.
