Coco-Cola Cake III

Ingredients

• 1 cup (240 ml) Coca-Cola
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup (120 ml) vegetable oil
• 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch (23 cm) cake pan.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Coca-Cola, eggs, and oil until combined.
3. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cocoa powder. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
5. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
