Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) Coca-Cola
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) vegetable oil
- 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch (23 cm) cake pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the Coca-Cola, eggs, and oil until combined.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cocoa powder. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool before serving.
