  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 lb cooked pasta (penne, rigatoni, or macaroni)
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  5. Add the chicken broth, cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine. Add the butter and stir until it's melted.
