1/2 lb cooked pasta (penne, rigatoni, or macaroni)
2 tablespoons butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until it's browned. Drain off any excess fat and remove from heat.
In the same skillet, add the onion, garlic, mushrooms, and Italian seasoning. Cook over medium heat until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the cooked turkey back to the skillet and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the chicken broth, cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine. Add the butter and stir until it's melted.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
Serve hot.
