Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and pepper.
  2. Add the steak, bell peppers, and onion, and stir to coat with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, honey, garlic powder, and pepper.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the steak and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between the ingredients.
  6. Grill the kabobs for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
  7. Serve the kabobs with the sauce.
