Ingredients
- 1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the sirloin, bell peppers, and onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, lime juice, orange juice, and cilantro.
- Pour the marinade over the steak and vegetables and toss to coat. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the steak and vegetables onto skewers. Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning every few minutes, until cooked through and lightly charred.
