Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup sliced scallions (green onions)

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes and cook, stirring constantly, for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the Sriracha sauce, chicken broth, soy sauce, and sugar and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Stir in the scallions and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
