Ingredients

  • 2 striped bass fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons ouzo
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine honey, ouzo, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Place the striped bass fillets on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Brush the honey and ouzo mixture on each side of the fillets.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
  6. Serve warm.
