Ingredients
1 lb steak, thinly sliced

2 poblano chilies, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Fill each taco shell with the steak and potato mixture and top with your favorite toppings.
Serve immediately.
