Ingredients
- 2 slices of white bread
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Spread the butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- In a small bowl, combine the cheddar, mozzarella, Monterey Jack, and Parmesan cheeses.
- Spread the mayonnaise on the other side of each slice of bread.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder on one side of the mayonnaise.
- Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the garlic powder.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place the bread in the skillet, butter side down.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese starts to melt.
- Flip the sandwich and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet and let cool before serving.
