Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 cup of spinach, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat the air-fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut a slit in each chicken breast, taking care to not cut all the way through.
- In a medium bowl, combine the bacon, spinach, cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the bacon and cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts in the air-fryer and cook for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
