Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs

- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl, cream 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the orange juice and sour cream. Spread batter into prepared pan.
- In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup melted butter and 1/3 cup sugar. Stir in 1/2 cup flour until crumbly. Sprinkle over the top of the cake.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow cake to cool before serving.
