Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 3 tablespoons aquafaba (the liquid from a can of chickpeas)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, almond milk, maple syrup, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cardamom.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the aquafaba and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
  3. Gently fold the aquafaba mixture into the coconut milk mixture until combined.
  4. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
