Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the oregano, basil, thyme, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Add the spinach and cook, stirring often, until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and cook until melted, about 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot or cold.
