- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the oregano, basil, thyme, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the spinach and cook, stirring often, until heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and cook until melted, about 2 minutes.
- Serve hot or cold.
