Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
  • 1/2 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Spread the refried beans in the bottom of an 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Spread the sour cream mixture over the refried beans.
  5. Spread the guacamole over the sour cream mixture.
  6. Spread the salsa over the guacamole.
  7. Sprinkle the black olives, green chiles, and cheese over the salsa.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
