Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
- 1/2 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Spread the refried beans in the bottom of an 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
- Spread the sour cream mixture over the refried beans.
- Spread the guacamole over the sour cream mixture.
- Spread the salsa over the guacamole.
- Sprinkle the black olives, green chiles, and cheese over the salsa.
- Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
