Ingredients

  • 1 can of salmon
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup of shredded cheese
  • 4 large tortillas

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add in the onion and bell pepper and sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened.
  4. Add in the garlic, cumin, chili powder, oregano, and paprika and sauté for an additional minute.
  5. Add in the salmon and stir to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the salmon is heated through.
  6. Add in the cream cheese and shredded cheese and stir to combine. Cook for another minute, or until the cheese is melted.
  7. Divide the salmon mixture evenly among the tortillas and roll them up.
  8. Place the wraps in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes, or until the wraps are golden and crispy.
  9. Serve immediately.
