Ingredients
1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut into 9 equal squares.
In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, cheeses, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and salt.
Spoon the mixture onto the pastry squares.
Fold each square in half and press the edges together with a fork to seal.
Place the squares on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
Serve warm.
