Ingredients

  • 1 (14.5 ounce) package graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 lime, zested

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Crush the graham crackers into crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Bake for 8 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown. Allow to cool.
  4. Mix together the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and lime zest. Pour into the cooled pie crust.
  5. Spread the whipped topping over the top of the pie. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
