Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg. Slowly add the flour, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the raisins, walnuts, and chocolate chips.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
