Rocky Road Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 1 quart of your favorite vanilla ice cream
• 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

1. In a large bowl, mix together the ice cream, chocolate chips, marshmallows and walnuts.
2. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
3. Scoop the ice cream into bowls and serve.
