Ingredients
1 baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch thick slices
3 Roma tomatoes, sliced in half

Directions

Top the baguette slices with the roasted tomatoes, avocado slices, and mozzarella slices.
Drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the crostini.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the bread is lightly toasted.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
