Ingredients

  • 1 large pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Cut the pumpkin into wedges, discarding the seeds. Place the wedges on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, thyme, oregano, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
  4. In a small saucepan, combine honey and hot sauce. Heat over medium heat until bubbly and thickened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and drizzle over roasted pumpkin wedges. Serve immediately.
