Ingredients
- 1 large pumpkin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Cut the pumpkin into wedges, discarding the seeds. Place the wedges on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, thyme, oregano, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Roast in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
- In a small saucepan, combine honey and hot sauce. Heat over medium heat until bubbly and thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and drizzle over roasted pumpkin wedges. Serve immediately.
